Our typical processing time is 24-72 business hours from when the order is submitted. 95% of our orders ship out within 24-48 hours. Any order placed with us without prior communication will fall in this category and is our standard processing time.

While business hours are Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM EST we are always around to help answer questions you may have. We aim to respond quickly, however it can take up to 24 hours depending on the time/day. 

Packages do not ship out on Weekends or Holidays.
